If you have a wireless handheld like the Treo or Tungsten C, you may be interested in PubMed on Tap, an application for PDAs that retrieves MEDLINEŽ citations directly from the PDA through a wireless connection to the Internet. PubMed on Tap features include several PubMed search limits, a history of previous queries, the ability to e-mail citations or save them to the Memo Pad, a clustered results option, and link-out to full-text Web sites.
