C-Tools: PDA Software from the American Cancer Society

The American Cancer Society is developing a cross-platform application for PalmOS and Pocket PC to assist physicians in caring for cancer patients. C-Tools is currently in beta testing, but once it becomes generally available in January of 2005, will include:

• Cancer detection in children
  
• Smoking cessation materials
  
• Pain medications dictionary
  
• Drug calculations
  
• PSA information
  
• Cancer screening guidelines
