Compendica Integrates with ePocrates

Created by the original developers of ePocrates Rx, Compendica's SpeedReader v1.5 provides clinicians with diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations on a wide range of diseases and entities. Currently, only cardiology and psychology topics are available, but more are in the works.

Each specialty module is filled with facts and information including:

• Epidemiology: incidence, prevalence, risk factors, etiology, and trends
  
• History and Exam Findings: common (and uncommon) clinical presentations, symptoms and exam findings
  
• Diagnostic Information: differential diagnosis, rule in/rule out factors, common tests and results
  
• Therapeutic Information: treatment recommendations based on national guidelines, clinical trials, and clinical expertise
  
• Patient Information: helpful tips to discuss with your patients including potential complications and follow-up recommendations

SpeedReader is also uniquely compatible with ePocrates Rx. When you tap on a medication link in a Compendica title, you're taken to the relevant drug entry in ePocrates Rx. A free demo version is available.
