Harrison's in the Palm of your Hand

Check out Harrison's On Hand, a new offering from Unbound Medicine that combines Harrison's Manual of Medicine and Lexi-Comp's Drug Information into a single unique application which enables you to browse handheld content as well as download additional selected content from the Internet during HotSyncs. It's not free, but it does look interesting.
